Test SOAP Message

Note 1: this check functionality is just an additional checking functionality for SOAP messages for e-Rechnung.gv.at web service V1.2 and V2.0. Messages that are checked as 'OK' are not necessarily working when delivered by web service. This is just an additional check to help resolve common sources of errors.

Note 2: user name, password and the contained invoice are not checked. Only the syntax of the SOAP message is checked!
